2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, some products maybe exclusives to USA, Canada and/or The UK.

3. Where do we ship from?

We have warehouses all across Canada, USA, Europe and Asia.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hrs of placing an order. Any changes after this time period will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received. 

5. Can I get a full refund on my order?

yes, refund must be requested within 2 weeks of receiving the product. Refunds are processed on a case by case basis. 

6. Are there any hidden fees?

No, full payment including taxes(if applicable) will be shown in the checkout section.
